Don has been licensed since 1989 and specializes in the sales and marketing of homes in Bowmanville, Courtice, Whitby, Oshawa, Pickering and Ajax. In 1994, Don earned 'Market Value Appraisal' designation, one of only 6 agents in Pickering & Ajax to hold this special designation.
Lorraine Hickling
Lorraine brings years of experience in Customer Service. Licensed in early 2001, Lorraine has a reputation for being a very likable salesperson with her "no pressure" approach with her clients.  Lorraine also specializes in first time buyers and works with her clients to ensure total satisfaction in the home buying and selling process.

Connie Dennis

Members of the Dennis/Hickling Team have diverse backgrounds all aimed at one goal: your success!

Don has been an area resident for over 20 years. He attended Durham College to study real estate, appraisa, mortgage finance and constration and holds the professional designation MVA (Market Value Appraiser). Before real estate, he gained 15 years of solid management, financing and sales experience. Married and the father of 2, Don sponsors many children's athletic teams including those for baseball and hockey. He also spends some of his time working the Canadian Royal Legion. When not serving his clients or his community, Don enjoys sports and relaxing by the pool.

Lorraine is a highly experienced manager who, like all other team members, has lived in the local area for over 30 years. Married and the mother of two sons, Lorraine also sponsors the local hockey teams. Her background in Public Relations and Management is of great benefit not only to the team itself but also to their clients who experience higher profile marketing and more efficiently organized transactions.

 

Heather has a flair for perfection and has been working on her home staging accreditation to help her clients show their home in the best possible light. Her high energy, creative marketing and proven track record of satisfied customers turns even the most skeptical buyers and sellers into clients for life. Heather grew up in the Pickering area and along with her husband, they are raising their young family here as well. She enjoys being active in her own sports as well as her kids, and she continues to play soccer in the community with a local team of ladies for fun. Connie has also been a local resident for over 20 years. Her wonderful attitude and personality has gained many satisfied clients over the past 15 years. During the past 2 years, Connie has taken an active role in Administration and oversees all office duties.
